Loyalty Reimagined

At SAP Connect 2025, we were tasked with creating a memorable and rewarding experience that would energize CX professionals around the future of loyalty powered by SAP Loyalty Management. Our solution centered on a personalized itinerary mechanic that rewarded attendees for exploring keynotes, activations, and sessions throughout the day. Each participant received a dynamically tailored journey—crafted around their track, interests, and engagement level—bringing SAP’s vision of connected, data-driven loyalty to life.

I played a key role in developing the technical and experiential foundation of the project, helping design how our custom itinerary system could integrate seamlessly with SAP’s existing event app. I led problem-solving around API limitations, data handshakes, and UX flow, ensuring a frictionless connection between the app and our external platform. I also guided the creative direction for the scavenger hunt’s gamified experience, from the badge system and art direction to the overall user journey, ensuring it felt cohesive, interactive, and true to SAP’s brand experience.
